Model NDF Flexoply isolation pads are made of laminated neoprene and cotton duck fabric isolation material developed specially, keeping in view the typified requirements of highly loaded, shock and vibration isolation applications.

The Model NDF Flexoply pads comprise as many as 64 layers per inch (2.6 layers per mm) thickness of laminated neoprene and duck fabric. The specially moulded flexi characteristic of the pads enables them easily absorb even high pressure shock and vibration by movement of the stuffed, elastic neoprene in and out of the fabric layers.

The Model NDF isolation pads are characterized by

• Suitable for ball mills, broaching    machines,   crane rails, crushers

The Flexoply vibration isolation pads, either in combination with Neoprene Isolators (ND) or separately, are thus the best solution for heavy-duty industrial noise isolation applications.
