Last week, we discussed some essentials of what makes a ceiling a true functional and protective gear for any structure. However, most often, it isn’t just enough for ceilings ito be merely functional, they need to come with ‘sealing’ ... global certification to be a true value add for the structure.
Unlike the earlier days where only materials were important for construction, today’s project ecosystems attach equal importance to both material and methodology, laying a clear emphasis on the manner the products are manufactured and the processes they are employed in construction.
A ceiling with ISO sealing means the company and install is as per the approved international standards of products and processes bringing to place an element of trust. On the other hand, a ceiling with Euro Sealing means the structural component is according to most modern and stringent safety building codes.
 
These days are of ‘green buzz’, and a construction has to carry the ecofriendly tag to be in tune with environmental demands. A ceiling with Green Sealing, contributes to the construction’s LEED credits even as it augments the building’s energy savings.
