A recent incidence of a ceiling collapse in a famous medical institution shocked the country, apart from terrifying patients and the medical staff. While it was said to have been caused by seepage of water, the revelation that it was not the first but third time in the same establishment was more shocking. No prevention and no cures!

That a ceiling could result in casualties in the Casualty Ward is a real irony!!

It’s a simple fact that false ceiling installations need to be strong enough on several fronts to ensure safety and comfort to the inmates. It’s also simple that a material that resists hazards of moisture, fire and impacts is imperative for the construction of such sensitive spaces.
