certified
ISO
14001:2004
in
January
2008.
Since
then
there
has
been
heightened
awareness
and
activity
towards
environment-friendliness.

All
three
product
lines
from
Anutone’s
Ekcel
-
Strand,
Mat
and
Tufbloc
-
are
green
in
their
manufacture,
supply,
installation,
maintenance
and
long-term
usage.
The
common
binder
is
magnesia,
the
8th
most
abundant
mineral
that
consumes
very
lowpower
during
conversion
to
boards.
Board
trimmings,
production
rejects
and
site
scrap
can
be
recycled
(see
flowchart
alongside).
That
is
as
green
as
it
gets!
